How to Fix the error 0xc004f050, When Upgrading to Windows 10/11 Pro

Here is the steps to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro

Select Start > Settings > System > Activation

Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character Windows 11 Pro product key.

Before you select “Next” to start the upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, please disable the network connection, It will help you to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro successfully, but the Windows 11 Pro is not activated without network, so after you upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, please enable the network connection, then reboot the PC, now you can activate the Windows 11 Pro, or it should be activated automatically with the network !
