Error 0x80070490, When upgrading Windows 11 Home to Pro

When we follow these steps to to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro:
Select Start > Settings > System > Activation > Change product key
Or go to the Microsoft Store, Select “I have a Windows 10/11 Pro Product Key”
You might get this error:
Unable to upgrade your edition
We can’t activate Windows on this device right now. You can try activating again later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows. (0x80070490)

Here is how to solve the error 0x80070490:  

Method 1: Please try to remove the antivirus on your PC, then you can try to upgrade again !
Method 2: If the method 1 is not working, please follow these steps :
Please open the CMD as administrator and run the following commands one by one::
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /SCANNOW

You should now be able to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro edition successfully.
