1. If you do not have a Windows 11 Enterprise key
If you just want to try the Windows 11 Enterprise, you can download the Windows 11 Enterprise Evaluation Version from www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-11-enterprise, but remember the Windows 11 Enterprise Evaluation Edition is only for 180 days trial.

2. if you already own a Windows 11 Enterprise Product key
You can download the retail full edition Windows 11 Enterprise from www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

How to install Windows 11 Enterprise ?

You can use the download  .iso file to make a bootable USB Flash Drive with UltraISO, then insert the Flash Drive, and boot from the USB, you can start to install the Windows 11 Enterprise.
You can follow the steps to select the Language, Location, it will ask you for a product key, please input the Windows 11 Enterprise Key, then you will install the Windows 11 Enterprise Edition.
(Note, the Evaluation Edition does not require a key)
